This month we celebrate Earth Day, a day dedicated to the environmental health of our planet. How much thought do you put into the air you breathe or the water you drink? These resources are limited, and we all need to work together to ensure they are around for future generations to come.

All about antioxidants. Green tea, chocolate, blueberries, pomegranates—why should you indulge in these items and what will they do for your health? Read our article on page 15 to find out why these nutrient powerhouses are loved by the aging population.

Seasonal allergies and kids. Once again, it’s time to welcome warmer weather and the chance to open the windows and doors. But you also may start to hear your child sniff and sneeze. Why? Spring’s start brings with it pollen, cut grass, ragweed, and other irritants. Check out page 21 for tips on how to ease your child’s symptoms.
