TUNA & BOW TIE SALAD
4 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
8 ounces whole grain or regular bow tie pasta 1⁄ 4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise 2 cans ( 6 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 package ( 9 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered OR grape tomatoes, halved
1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1⁄ 3 cup chopped red onion
Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely
cool. In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, vinegar, basil,
garlic and pepper. Add remaining ingredients; toss well. Chill, if desired.
